1.    We respect your privacy and do not misuse the contact information for group members, nor do we permit our members to do so.

2.    Parents are responsible for their own children at every event. If you need assistance you may bring someone to help you (i.e. babysitter or relative).

3.    We understand that you cannot watch your child 100% of the time. If you are not in the immediate area, and another member witnesses your child needing guidance, they should gently assist your child.

4.    If your child tends to be repeatedly disruptive you will be asked not to attend group events.

5.    Wherever we go or whatever we do as a group the area will be left the same or better than when we found it.

6.    Please refrain from attending functions if you or your family may be showing signs of an illness.

7.    Physical punishment is not allowed at any group event. There are some children who see that as a form of violence and could be frightened by it.

8.    If you have organized an activity, please remember to post information pertaining to the events.

9.    While this cannot be all encompassing please note that the group may revoke membership at any time given a severe and unforeseen circumstance. If this happens you will be notified privately.
